Cancellation Policy

Rental Duration -Standard rental period is for 4 and 8 hours. -Extended rental periods are available upon request. Additional charges apply. Please contact us for rates. Payment Terms -We require a cash deposit at the time of pick up or delivery: Commercial Units: $200 deposit | Residential Units: $100 deposit -Deposits are returned within 48 hours after we inspect the unit for any damage, missing items, or if excessive cleaning is needed. -Payment can be made online, by email money transfer, or cash. -The balance is due at pick-up for DIY rentals and upon setup for full-service rentals. -By providing your credit card number, Amazing Bouncer Rentals Inc. is authorized to bill your credit card for the full amount of any rental costs (less any cash payments) plus any additional charges if the unit is damaged or is not returned at the time stated on this agreement. Cancellation Policy -A 24-hour notification of cancellation is required (2 hours for illness or weather conditions). -Cancel 7 days before your event to avoid fees. -Refunds are processed within 14 business days; refund fees may apply. -Extreme weather or emergencies may waive fees. -Once the equipment has been set up (DIY picked up), the rental fee is non-refundable. Delivery and Setup -DIY Renters are responsible for pick-up, setup, takedown, and return of the inflatable units. Please make arrangements for your pick up and drop off time within our regular rental hours of 8am – 8pm, Monday to Saturday. -DIY Renters: It is critical that the inflatables are returned on time to avoid impacting the next day's rental. A late fee of $50.00 from your security deposit may apply for late returns. -Full-service rentals include delivery, setup, and takedown by our trained staff. -Ensure clear paths and a flat surface for setup. -Additional fees apply for delivery outside a 20-mile radius from our location. Weather Policy -Inflatables cannot be safely used in rainy, windy, or adverse weather conditions. -If inclement weather is forecasted, we'll contact you to discuss rescheduling options. -We allow you to wait until 12 hours before your event to make a weather-related decision. -We reserve the right to cancel any reservations due to severe weather conditions. You will receive a full refund if we cancel due to weather. -There will be no refunds or reductions in price due to foul weather once the unit has been delivered.
